Ana Kofmehl is a licensed Real Estate broker based in Southern California and the author of the award winning book "Real Estate Made Simple" Step by step system on how to sale your home for top dollar.

Ana, born in Havana, Cuba, migrated to the United States as a teenager with her parents Felix Moreno, Esther Moreno and her sister Tania.

In 1984 Ana bought her first home, which awoke her passion for Real Estate. Since a very young age, Ana was exposed to construction sites, home drawings and architectural designs due to her father being a contractor in his home land. His vision for her life was engineering and home building but she dreamed of being a doctor.

Soon after the purchase of her own home, she quickly discovered her passion for the business and started to pursue licensing and a more intense education of the real estate world.
​
With a successful completion of a bachelor degree in business administration in computer science, and a real estate license she felt that a more comprehensive and a deeper knowledge was critical to achieve excellence in the business. In 2000 she became a real estate broker.

The journey to know more and be more stated with attendance to countless seminars and books read on everything real estate, which allowed her to learn from the best and develop valuable knowledge and skills to hold a position of expertise in the real estate space.

Today, Ana has achieved remarkable accomplishments as a real estate broker as well as a real estate investor.

Ana's personal vision is to use her passion, knowledge and expertise to motivate individuals to acquire wealth through real estate, buying, selling and holding real property.

Her advise is, "If you don't own a home, buy one. If you own a home, buy another. If you own two homes buy a third one and a fourth one, until you create enough passive income to enjoy life comfortably.
